A ten week club for creative writers, in the beautiful natural environment around Divoká Šárka, at Prague's environmental centre Sárynka.
The course is aimed at children ages 8-12, and will integrate aspects of nature therapy with writing exercises to allow children to unlock their creativity and connect imaginatively to the natural world. We will work with traditional fairy tale motifs to invent stories familiar and strange, wondrous and wild. And we'll have fun doing it! Activities will be both outdoors and inside with our pens and imaginations.

Where:
The club will take place in Eco centre Šárynka in Prague 6 – only a few minutes away from Dejvická. The area is very green and quiet – ideal for creating and exploring! The centre has a large garden with fruit trees and a spacious heated yurt for indoor activities. There is a wonderful hill and a forest nearby. Language:
Teaching will be in English but both teachers have basic communicative knowledge of Czech. Any pupil with levels of English intermediate or above is welcome.
Cost:
The cost of the club is 2000 kc for ten sessions. We would ask that you sign up for the entire course, but the first class on February 21st is a free taster session, so your child can come along and try us out!
